more steadfast
than I've ever been
in ages.
How could it be
otherwise,
even after all this time?
Where so many others
folded up their tents
& walked away
from the love of their lives
after a few years
I stayed on,
never forgot
just how special
the love of my life
always was to me.
Time to start again:
But no, there is no ending
to this love, this life
living in love.
